A dedicated strength and conditioning coach specialising in high-performance sport, he has built his craft preparing professional athletes across basketball, cricket, soccer, rugby, and elite combat sports. While Lachlan continues to coach touring professionals and the country’s best junior tennis academy players, he is equally passionate about delivering that same high-level, analytical care to private clients and everyday gym members looking to move at their best.
Lachlan currently leads athletic preparation at Newington College - training the next generation to compete safely and excel under pressure. What sets his methodology apart is a strict reliance on detailed physical testing and baseline analysis, completely removing guesswork and generic templates from the training process.
By engineering tailor-made strength and speed programs, Lachlan focuses on making his clients faster and more powerful while deliberately reducing their injury risk.
