Monique Malouf
Monique has spent over two decades helping individuals move better, build strength, and restore complete confidence in their bodies. An Accredited Exercise Physiologist, she graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sports Science) before completing her Master’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Science in 2007. This deep clinical foundation allows Monique to blend evidence-based rehab with targeted strength and cardiovascular conditioning, creating a seamless bridge between injury recovery and long-term physical wellness.
While highly experienced in treating chronic injuries and structural joint pain, Monique is particularly passionate about women’s health across all stages of life. She excels at guiding busy professionals, mothers, and mature adults through safe, high-intensity conditioning that feels achievable rather than intimidating. Known for her warm, encouraging, and vibrant energy, Monique takes the time to truly understand each patient's specific concerns, empowering them with the exact tools and functional movement patterns needed to safely return to the activities they love.
Monique specialises in:
-
Women’s health, strength, and longevity programming
-
Management of degenerative joint conditions and tendon pain
-
Cross-training conditioning for runners, swimmers, and pilates clients
Please note: In addition to clinic sessions, Monique provides offsite services, including home-based rehabilitation and workplace injury (Workers' Compensation) claims management.
